Application process

What is the admission timeline?

An online application form that the candidates have to submit, comprising aspects like personal and academic details, a video and a CV.

The online application form can be submitted at any time. The evaluation will be made after the official deadline (have a look at the admission calendar) and the answer will be sent in maximum 3 days after that term.

If the online application does not meet the required standards, it can either be rejected, or the candidate can be asked to redo it and he will receive another deadline of submitting it (after that, the application can only be accepted or rejected). If the online application is admitted by our Admission Council, candidates are invited to experience the faculty in a one day interaction with other applicants, called the Bootday (have a look at the admission calendar). Here candidates will get a glimpse of how a regular day of a student’s life looks like. They will solve a real business challenge, work in teams, learn from experts, interact with students and coaches.

All Bootday participants are then invited to an online/offline interview session centered around the candidate’s experience so far in the process (at the start of the week after the Bootday). Observations from the Bootday will be addressed. Prior to the interview the candidate will go through a 30 minutes cognitive and personality test that will also be subject for conversation during the interview.

Within one week after the Interview, all candidates will receive the final answer. The answer can be:

Yes – the candidate has 2 weeks to confirm his/her place by paying a deposit of 10% of the yearly tuition fee. The confirmation implies: the student place is guaranteed, he/she is added to the online community of future students, he/she will be in close contact with EA community and will be invited to a multitude of learning events, he/she will have access to the financing tools;

Maybe – The candidate receives feedback on what to improve and he/she is invited to another Bootday, without going through step 1, the Online Application (filling in the application form);

No – The candidate receives feedback on his/her performance and he cannot re-apply.

If a candidate gets a positive final answer, he has 2 weeks from the moment he receives it, to confirm his place, by paying a 10% deposit from the yearly tuition fee (it will be deducted from the total yearly payment).

After the moment a candidate confirms his place, he is considered a future student. Consequently, he is added in the online community where he will meet his future colleagues, he will be kept close to the EA – The Entrepreneurship Academy community, he will be invited to different learning and community events (online and offline).

After the graduation exam, the future students will meet with the Admission Council in order to sign the student contract, receive the invoice for the tuition fee, and submit a series of mandatory documents (such as English Certification, Highschool Diploma, Baccalaureate Diploma).

… and the first academic year starts

What are the necessary documents for enrollment?

After acceptance and place confirmation, the future student will have to meet two last mandatory requirements:

  • Promote the Baccalaureate exam;
  • Provide a valid English language certificate (immediately after the Baccalaureate exam), one of those mentioned below, with the following related scores:
    • IELTS Academic (minimum score 6.0)
    • TOEFL (iBt minimum score 80, pBt min 550)
    • TOEIC 670
    • Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English
    • Cambridge Certificate Proficiency in English

Interview and testing

An online/offline interview session centered around the candidate’s experience so far in the process. Observations from the Bootday will be addressed. Prior to the interview the candidate will go through a 30 minutes cognitive and personality test, that will also be subject for conversation during the interview (Time invested: 1,5 hours).
What is the most important admission stage?

What is the most important admission stage?

The second stage, namely the Bootday, weights the most in the admission process. The candidates have the chance to have a glimpse at how a more intense day at EA – The Entrepreneurship Academy might look like (they interact with entrepreneurs, they solve a business challenge, they receive feedback, they work in teams, they interact with experts, coaches, older students etc.)

What is the most important admission stage?

Frequently
asked questions

Yes, you can apply without one, the deadline for presenting it is immediately after taking your Baccalaureate Exam. What is needed during the admission process is a very good level of English, given the fact that all the stages, except for the Interview, are in English.

We do not require a specific grade in the Baccalaureate, but you need the Baccalaureate Diploma when you enrol as a student at EA – The Entrepreneurship Academy. As a result, you need to successfully pass it.

Maximum twice, in the following way:

  • Application form: you could be asked by the Admission Council to redo it unit a certain deadline if the content is not sufficient enough for the Admission Council to form an opinion;
  • Bootday & Interview: after these 2 stages, the answer you receive might be “Maybe”, which means you will be invited to another Bootday and afterward, to another Interview.

Even if you apply long in advance, and you are accepted, the university, in your case, will start in the autumn following your highschool graduation and the Baccalaureate exam.
